Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Aloha,

We know many of our clients are caring for elderly loved ones, so we wanted to pass along this flyer.

There are many upcoming Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes on Maui and Lana`i. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is 6-week workshop series (2 hours/week) that focuses on helping family caregivers balance and manage caregiving, their own health, family relationships/responsibilities, and work/community responsibilities. Participants also gain skills that help manage stress, improve communication with family and health care professionals, increase relaxation, and set and reach goals.

Please share this information and flyer with friends, family, neighbors, community agencies, churches, or at any location you think people would benefit.

The registration fee of $25 covers all materials, including The Caregiver Helpbook manual, and is refunded to all participants who attend at least 5 of the 6 classes – making it free!
