You’ve come to the right place! In Hawaii we have two recording systems, the “regular system” and Land Court. This page is designed to help people order regular system deeds to get their Hawaii real property titled in the name of their trust OR to order a Transfer on Death Deed.
If you have a copy of the current deed for your property, look at the stamp at the top. If it says Bureau of Conveyances, you are in the right place! If it says Land Court, you’ll probably need to email us.

The fee is $500 plus the General Excise Tax of 4.712% and a recording fee of $55.
