Meg Obenauf is an attorney and the founder of Obenauf Law Group. She strives to help families pass on their wealth simply, without conflict, drama, or taxes. Meg helps parents of minor children create plans so that your keiki are never out of the hands of your loved ones, even for a moment, if the unthinkable should occur. She works with clients to create customized plans designed to ensure that your wishes are recognized and followed.

Meg recognizes the importance of incentivizing her clients to keep in touch with her, so your plan works when you need it, so all estate planning services at Obenauf Law Group are billed on a flat-fee basis with NO surprise bills or hourly rates. Meg is a graduate of Harvard Law School. She resides in upcountry Maui with her husband, Mark, and
her two young children, Cooper and Kalia.
Anne K. Leete began her legal career as an Americorps Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii’s Maui office. During her four years with the Legal Aid Society, Anne represented individuals in family law and other civil matters and focused specifically on providing holistic legal services to victims of domestic violence. In 2008, Anne joined Obenauf Law Group. Her practice is focused on immigration, family and juvenile criminal law. Anne is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and American University Washington College of Law. She sits on the board of directors of Hui Malama Learning Center. Anne is the mother of one-year-old Jack.
Cooper is the senior member of the firm’s internship program and its sole Jedi Knight. When he is not attending kindergarten at Carden Academy of Maui or spreading peace and justice throughout the galaxy, he likes to boogie board and body surf.
Kalia, a junior intern, specializes in the communication of very strong opinions. She has a sub-specialty in home and office decor, including, but not limited to, the conference room whiteboard and the surrounding wallspace . She is in the Apapane class at Haleakala Waldorf School.
